You order it, we do it We do it right until it's right. Right means the way you ordered it. It means the materials aren't damaged, the frame is not broken, and what you received matches the image of the framing/printing you ordered that is also on the receipt we emailed you.
In the event you are unhappy, but we created the frame you ordered and ordered based upon presented on-screen frame rendering, a 50% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY FOR ALL ORDERS for which we are not at fault.
We believe in excellent customer service and excellent customers. We appreciate your understanding in the fact that your custom order is just that, custom for you! This is why we must charge a restocking fee for returns not related to damage or error. DO NOT SIGN FOR ANY DELIVERY with obvious damage to the packaging. Your signature is an agreement that there is no obvious damage to your items upon delivery.
